Can't see full Video Effect FX window

For some reason, my Sony Vegas Effects Window does not want to fully show the effect in its window fully. I am currently not able to view the rest of the effects. I have provided a screenshot to demonstrate the issue I am currently facing.

I am currently using Sony Vegas Pro 15.

If someone can help me resolve this issue, I'd gladly appreciate it!
