Cannot get Text to Speech app to work on Vegas Pro 365 (Version 21)

I can easily get the AI app TEXT TO SPEECH to launch and work fine in Vegas Pro 365 (Version 20), but whenever I try to launch that app in Version 21, I get an error message erroneously claiming I am NOT connected to the internet. That is so bogus. I AM CONNECTED, as proven by being able to do launch the TEXT TO SPEECH app within Vegas 20. (I do NOT have Vegas Pro 20 running when I get the error message in Vegas Pro 365 (Version 21). (Yesterday the Vegas 21 had been working funky, TEXT TO SPEECH doing some weird stuff. So, I uninstalled Vegas 21 and then reinstalled it; now it is WORSE.... no TEXT TO SPEECH at all. Anyone got a solution? I use a BOXX PC running Windows.

Welcome to the Vegas users community @Ernest-Berger. There was a lengthy discussion just recently on the 'Text to Speech' issue. Your description closely resembles the behavior I experienced with 'Text to Speech'. Deleting the 'WebView2' folder in AppData resolved the issue in my case. Thank you so much for your interest and advice. Before I received your suggestion, I totally uninstalled everything regarding my Vegas Pro 360 account. Then I re-installed everything on a different PC. Now it all works.
