Take a look at Pan/Crop... you are cropping the bottom of the video.

Using Picture in Picture, I can resize and move the image all over the video.

@formingus I don't have portrait video so this is landscape but the theory is the same, I can't see your project aspect, it looks smaller than the inserted image so you may want to change the size,

As Reyfox says, Picture in Picture is a bit easier, there's also Track Motion, this last one affects the whole track & everything on that track

The Photo you have to use on the upper track with "Track Motion"

@j-v 👍 Yep, keyframes could be added but i didn't want to go that deep in an explanation 👍

Few replays and any of them will do the job thanks to all, Find more easy pic on pic to use.

One more question related to this work, Trace Motion is so correct how to trace the logo and put another logo over the old one? Thanks

There is.... click on the 3 "dots" above the number of the track at the left.....I usually have all the buttons displayed.

As for motion tracking.... this video is better:

@formingus
Click on the three dots and then on the last entry "Edit visible buttons" or so - there you can choose what you want to see.

Vegas has made this so that everyone can see the buttons they need for their workflow.

@Reyfox was faster.....

Its for admit how members are ready to help, best forum i ever seen for 20 years :)

Ok, with Motion track at 3 dots i will track the logo but to make it smaller should I use 1st pic on pic to make the same size with the old logo, then use the motion tracker to track?
