Ive tryd uninstalling the whole program twice and it still doesn't work. Ive also tryd running CMD and doing the scan now and the DISM to fix any corrupted Apps and files but that didnt work either.
From your 2 previous posts, you clearly had MSP14 working years ago. Is there anything that has changed computer-wise; e.g. a new computer. new OS? that occurred around the time that MSP got this problem?
As MSP is a trimmed down version of Vegas Pro, I would think that the same reset procedure should work for MSP.
If that doesn't work, try doing a clean uninstall of MSP14 from your computer as per https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-vegas-pro--111205/ and then re-install. Again, this procedure is for Vegas Pro but should apply to MSP but the folder names are likely to be different (MSP instead of VP). Please be aware that the procedure involves editing the registry so be very cautious if needing to do that.
Just uninstalling / re-installing MSP/VP usually achieves little, but returning the program to its default settings includes clearing the cache which can often clear up problems. And the clean uninstall process completely clears the program from your computer and thus eliminates any "ghosts" that may be in a folder or the registry that was causing the problem.
Hello so I did try alot of things I tryd deleting the registry and I tryd uninstalling it and few other things and nothing has worked so far so can I schedule a " Remote session " with one you guys ?

@Tannersmusic But did you try Dexcon's suggestion of resetting to Default settings? - The instructions do apply to VMS as well as VP
