Cineform issues

I have a Vegas project with 111 events - image files with effects and transitions generated by VASST StillMotion tool. The total lenght of the project is around 3 minutes.
I don't have any trouble rendering it to Sony AVC 1920 X 1080 60i.
Since Cineform is known for rendering better intermediate files, I installed GoPro Studio to have this codec in my system. However, no matter I change in the rendering settings I always get a "Your computer is low on memory" message at around 50% render time - and Vegas freezes.
If I define a small loop region, it renders OK. Mediainfo says the file is progressive, but Vegas loads it as interlaced, so I think this is not a big issue.
I am using AVI as a container.

Any clues?

Update: Sorry, I forgot to mention: Vegas Pro 12 B770.

WAG

Have you looked into whether the GoPro Studio application or one of its corequisites (Quicktime) are 32 bit or 64 bit applicatons?

Moral: Machines rarely run out of memory these days. Applications are sometimes unable to process the number of files that we have come to expect.

I hope I'm wrong, but...

The only QuickTime version available for Windows is 32 bit.
GoPro Studio is also 32 bit... but I don't know about Cineform codec.
