Re Vegas Pro, the survey question is flawed because the survey names 'Sony Vegas' in the question about which NLE are you currently using. The last build of Sony Vegas Pro 13 was released 5 years ago. It seems that Parker Walbeck doesn't even know the correct name of the product in 2020. Sloppy!

EDIT: It is important to note that the Parker Walbeck website could hardly be considered to be independent in the NLE market because it sells (for a cost of course) training courses limited to Premiere and Final Cut Pro. It also offers prizes from Adobe. No wonder Premiere came out on top. It's survey was effectively limited to those who were already Premiere converts. And, again, this professional company doesn't even know the correct name of one of the NLE competitors. It's understandable that a home hobbyist may not know that Sony Vegas Pro is no longer a current offering, but a professional production company?

Unfortunately, this post on this forum seems to be just another example of a few who seem intent on denigrating Vegas Pro. What other purpose could have been the reason for this post, particularly when the survey was obviously so flawed.

But these users are very easy to recognize - they think others are stupid and unmask themselves.

Add:
A shame about the lifetime we give them instead of constructive troubleshooting that others would deserve better.
