@rmack350 Hi, the Settings or Presets for a piece of software. There used to be a Contour site where I could download the specific Presets for the specific software host. I’m needing those for ACID Pro 7.

I can't see ACID Pro 7 settings anywhere. ACID Pro 6 settings are included in the driver. Maybe try copying those?

There's also some promise of user settings being shared on their forum. That might be what you're thinking of.

<edit> I just clicked around in the ContourDesign forum and didn't see new settings files. I'd copying old settings to apply to new software versions.

Yes, there was a great Forum which I’d access when needed. It had mine as well as others Settings too. Great resource. I’ve been in touch with the UK rep and we will meet up in March. 😉

What I may do is - ugghh - install A6 just to get the Settings and then attempt to copy those into the A7.

@rmack350 : Well, there's a thing . . . . Just for larfs I re-installed AP6. I did the CSP Setup Tango, and got something like CSP Control within AP7. Hurrah!

The CS Forum appears moribund with most activity languishing around 3 or 4 years ago. There are people continuously asking for settings for their s/w to work with CSP. The "Share Your Settings" Forum has gone and all we have is a neatly, alphabetically sorted, PDF of just a list - a list. That's it.

When I do meet up with the UK Rep in March we have muchly to discuss . . . 😒

However, I was able to locate my ancient posts on their Forum.

I'm probably misunderstanding things, but it sounds like you're going about this backwards. The Control Panel for the shuttle comes with settings for AP6. They're included with the Shuttle driver installation. You shouldn't have needed to install AP6 to get a set of Shuttle settings, I think.

You're right, the forum looked a bit dead. That's what happens when you have a product that really doesn't need updating. There's not much for people to talk about.

@rmack350 Well, there’s even a better outcome. And yes, my contact is looking into that Forum’s activity.

I did check the appearance of AP6 Settings but within CSP none were available. This was the reason I installed AP6. I located them within CSP and set up my own AP7. Yes it was backwards, I agree, but as of then I had no other option.

However, I’ve now been supplied with Settings that have been generated to work with AP7. So far they are working correctly.

@Former user Yes, that’s the Forum.

You can find the Shuttle settings within the program directory of the Sony/Magix applications. Here is a screenshot of the ones in my Acid Pro 7 directory. Just import these into the Shuttle Pro Control Panel to activate them. I also confirmed there are some in the Vegas Pro 15 directory too.
