Copy Key Strokes

FoskeyMedia wrote on 6/30/2017, 11:13 AM

Is there a way to copy keystrokes? I have a track using 3D Source Alpha that has about 150 keystrokes and I want to copy the movement onto another track with a different graphic. I see I can copy one at a time...but is there anyway to batch copy them?

I also tried just duplicating the track...but it doesn't carry the keystrokes along with it

If you're talking about copying keyframes,

1) Animate the effect that has the keyframes

2) Focus to the key frame timeline

3) Select the first one you want to copy, hold the shift key and select the last one

Press Control + C.

In the same effect in a different clip or project

Do steps 1 and 2

Press Control + V

Yes sorry.. I meant Keyframes and not in effects but in Track Motion. I understand how to do it one my one, but can it be done in a group/batch ? Select all doesn't work.

With 3D Source Alpha, I'm only getting the last keyframe in a group selection with Vegas Pro 13-453. It works with Source Alpha.

Yeah that is what I got. I guess I can copy and paste one by one.

Thanks

I was able to get it done with 3D Source Alpha

I'd try, try again.
