I am using Vegas 14 Pro, This morning I was editing I don't know what I did, on the left hand upper corner it started display CPU, GPU, FPS, and other useful real time overlay status on top of my video in the preview monitor. when I click on grid mode it disappeared, Could someone tell me how to get that back.

THANK YOU!

Sounds like you accidentally revealed some secret function of Vegas. I haven't heard of that before.

Maybe that is GPU Driver related rather than Vegas related?

This post shows the same thing.

I think that one is a function of the recording app, and is burnt into the file, not an overlay. His lower screenshot is VLC.

The overlay in this post must be coming from some system monitoring application, maybe related to the GPU driver or the motherboard software. Or maybe a temperature-monitoring application.

If you want all that information to show up on your preview screen. Then all you need to do is to install Afterburner application, open it and load in the TRAY to add ON. you then have the options to pick your CPU or GPU, temp framerate etc to show up on your screen while gaming. This game settings will also show up in Vegas preview screen. I have had this show up on my Vegas but I remove it. I don't need this information on my preview screen.
