Crashes on startup, after CTRL+shifting too many times

I'm using Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13. As soon as it starts up, it crashes. This started happening yesterday, I was trying to correct an issue where the video preview wasn't displaying (and the option wasn't in the "view" menu), so someone suggested I reset the programs cache with CTRL+Shift.

After it didn't work the first time, I kept trying it, because I assumed I didn't hold it down long enough. After numerous times, now the program just fails to start. So far, I've attempted a reinstall, as well as doing CTRL+Shift again... neither worked.

I also changed out my graphics card yesterday as well (switched from GT 610 to GTX 1050 TI). I don't recall the program breaking down until after I kept spamming CTRL+Shift... but it's a possibility the GPU may have something to do with it.

Help me out as soon as possible please.
