Try point #19 here (disable QSV): https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-troubleshooting-crashing-and-stability--104785/ If that helps then you can investigate updating or rolling back your Intel HD Graphics driver.

It may also be possible to disable your iGPU (Intel HD Graphics) in your BIOS.

No there is no error msg. It just shuts down.
