Decoding problem with Prores file

When I use the "render to a new track" function (Ctrl+M) on 1 event of my timeline using ProRes encoder, the rendered file has the 1st frame duplicated.

Below screenshot using difference composite mode

And when the rendered event is 1 frame earlier

I am using GoPro footage 2.7K-30p rendered using a modified Prores template 2.7k-30p.

Can anybody confirm?
