Delay of 1-3 seconds when cutting material

I usually have 30-40 hours of footage, and it becomes very difficult to edit because of the 1-3 sec delay. Although I have a good computer. Maybe someone knows how to fix this? Just don't advise:
1. Make a proxy.
2. Uncheck Enable legacy AVC decoding! If I uncheck it, my program doesn't want to work at all.

I shoot video through OBS in 3 audio tracks

I checked on different versions: Version 21.0 (Build 108) and Version 21.0 (Build 315).

Your OBS settings are a little confusing, bc NVENC doesn't support CBR, so I assume it just defaults.

Need to see your recorded file properties, and a short original sample uploaded to Drive or Dropbox:

I found the problem of these hang-ups! Turns out it was in the FabFilter Saturn 2 sound plugin!
