Okay, what to do? No video in the beginning of the editing. Tried everything. Very close to just return the damn disk and buy something new. How to enable video in the programm?

How are you downloading from your camera i.e. what steps are you taking in VMS14?
I'm using Movie Studio 14. Not sure about Basic or Platinum. Bought on Amazon. The camera is DVC 24.0 megapixels. I made a video using that camera and then transferred it to the laptop, hoping I can edit video in this program. And just when I opened it I heard the voice but no video. I watched all the possible videos on Youtube and couldn't find anything helpful. Probably will return the product.
