Download advice...olld sony file or new Magix?

I'm reinstalling everything on my computer. I have my old vegaspro13.0.453 file saved, but I see if I download if from the Magix site there is a different file? Is it an upgrade? Which is the better to install??

(same thing for DVD A)

No real difference as I understand it apart from branding. I would go with the file you have.
