Downloading clips from Vegas Hub is not working or slow

I am experiencing an extremely slow workflow when downloading clips from Vegas Hub. Either the clips do not download or take extremely long, even a clip of only 9 seconds. I am downloading HD clips only. Is anyone else experiencing this and has found a way to speed things up?

I've downloaded 4K clips and music without any issues. The only issue is that I can not send anything to the timeline. There is no indication that things are being downloaded, but when I go to the Project Media tab, everything is there.

I live in Poland and have fiber optic internet.
