dvd burning

dear experts:
i need your help to creat my dvd.
when i try to burn dvd it doesn't work. after i prceed through the instruction i see only the software i used their little footage is only burn but my project doesn't burn. what my guess my guess is i need to convert my project jpeg-2, i thguoth my dvd burning software will do it from itself, but it does nothing like that, please suggest me how i can proceed, i am usuing roxio easy cd dvd creatying version 6.

and my project is completed by vegas 4, i don't have dvd supproting software by vegas.

In Vegas 4, render the video to MPEG-2 using either the DVD Architect NTSC template or the DVD ARchitect PAL template, depending on where you live.

You will then need to render your audio into a format that Roxio can use. I do not know that program, so you will have to decide your self how to render the audio.

Aerie, the audio needs to be PCM (WAV) format, MP2 format, or AC3 format. Stay with PCM if you've got room on the disk.

You need to author your project. That means the process of turning your MPEG2 video file and your audio file into a set of folders that you burn onto your DVD. You can add a DVD menu too during the authoring process. If your Roxio software does not author then you need some other software such as DVD Architect. There are cheaper ones around too.
