Folks-
I did a wedding video where most of the footage looked too dark (on my NTSC monitor, out the firewire from Vegas.) But after burning a DVD in DVDA, the same footage played from the DVD through the same monitor looks much lighter - not too dark at all (though a little less color saturated.)
My question: if the MPEG-2 conversion changes the video's color / brightness - how on earth am I supposed to correct it in Vegas?
