Error -59, no license error, please help

I bought the Humble Bundle that had Vegas 14 and it ran smoothly for one year or so but after reinstalling my windows it just gave me the -59 error, no license found. I tried emailing the support team that told me to delete the instalation.ini from ProgramData which I did everytime I tried to reinstall it. Not to mention Magix response time is 3 days at best.

Honestly I'm so frustrated right now, I even tried to switch to Adobe Premiere but can't really since I'm so used to Vegas, someone please help :(
