Error code -24. I need help VEGAS PRO 15 EDIT

I purchased this Vegas Pro 15 Edit like 3 hours ago, and i wanted to add a video (wich i made with streamlabs) and i got a error code -24.

Can anybody help me?

Humble Bundle.

I bought an Audio Cleaning program too, that works perfectly. I only have this problem.

That's unusual. That message would normally imply that you've been sold a fake version, but the Humble Bundle deal is genuine. Make a support request. When i registered the product i forgot to change the email and its on the "softasm.com@softasm.com" email. Is that the problem?

Yes, almost certainly. I don't know where that softasm.com@softasm.com address comes from but you need to use your own email address.
