Everytime I open Vegas Pro 18 Trial it crash

I need some help. I uninstalled the program and put it back on my cpu and still keep crashing. I'm considering purchasing the program but I can't even test it out.

Okay thanks I'm about to check the link you provided out. I have Sony Vegas 13 Suite installed on my cpu now I wonder is that messing it up from working properly?
