Export taking up 100% CPU

I have been using Movie Studio Platinum 15.0 for 3 or 4 years and never had an issue like this. I am exporting a video (1920x1080) that consists of two video files and their associated audio files. The estimated size is just under 6.0 GB and yet the export is taking upwards of 7 hours (I haven't been able to get it to finish, that was the longest I waited). I checked and it's using 100% CPU (specs listed below). I have updated all drivers, checked the original file sizes (two from a cell phone camera and one from OBS), tried exporting to both the hard drive and SSD and updated windows. I have no idea why it's taxing my set up so much because I've exported videos from this desktop before with no issues. Any advice?

Which build of Vegas do you using
Do you for rendering that big file choose "Make Movie" and than?
What is the MediaInfo of those sourcefiles giving through this link: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/ ?

Thank you for the Info.
I could not see anything wrong.
When I tried to do this with files from my smartphone with the same sort of sourcefiles in my VMSPl 15 on laptop from signature I saw it went normal
I tried to render a project of 64,5 minutes to a mp4.
It would take 35 minutes to render with the use of 75% CPU and 20 % GPU (Nvidia).
