[FULLY RESOLVED] 13+14 Activation

I bought the 13+14 deal back in Dec 31st, I received no notice or activation code since 14 has been released. Every time I call the customer service number, I get bounced around the recordings no matter which number I press, and it just hangs up, saying they are too busy, whats going on?
