I've been using Gearshift for a few months in Vegas 7 with 1080i50 .m2t files that I've trimmed using Womble MPEG Video Wizard.
I've noticed that sometimes the first frame of the DV proxy file is reversed. But this seems to be on older conversions. I've just copied a couple of .m2t files that had this problem and made new proxies with Gearshift and now the first frame is not reversed (i.e. no problem). In other words the proxies have been created slightly differently despite (I think) the same settings and the same release of Gearshift.
Anyone any idea why this might have been happening? Could it be something that changed in a recent Vegas release? Or maybe I had some setting wrong in Vegas or Gearshift?
