Getting an error on startup

Hello, this is my first post to this forum, so I apologize if somethings wrong. Every time I try to launch Vegas Pro 14, It gets stuck at "Creating Windows" and then the error report shows up saying:

   Application Name:    VEGAS Pro
   Application Version: Version 14.0 (Build 201) 64-bit
   Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)
   Fault Module:        C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d9.dll

This looks like a DirectX problem, I tried to re-install and update it, but no solution. Also tried to reinstall my graphics card and Vegas Pro like 3 times, but no luck. What could cause the problem?

I would download the latest version of VP14 Pro, Update 6 (build 252), and see if it works.You can download build 252 here: http://rdir.magix.net/?page=YX5CXRX3NIYR

Just tried this and I still get the same error. :/

Try to reset Vegas to its original settings.

Just tried that, deleted the cached data and I still get the error.

 

To everyone, thanks for your help, I've decided to reinstall Windows 10 because it must be some deep problem which might be not so easy to solve. I found out not only Vegas Pro gives this error, but also some other programs. Thanks everyone to those who tried to help.
