$106M is rounding error in the Googlesphere. Since Adobe licenses the Codec they use in Flash from On2, the compression market should get very interesting soon.
This is good news. I'm liking YouTube more and more these days (admittedly a bit of partner-revenue-share income helps!) and this is going to make it an even more attractive proposition.

Flash also allows the use of the H.264 codec, which is becoming increasingly popular as it is also a much better fit for mobile video (takes less battery juice to decode).
