Hi, Question, why is my video of the road showing artifacts? IO thought it was from using LUTs but even the raw video is kinda crappy.

1080p 60 fps LNR

HI, sorry for the questions, but some of this is new to me. I shot some 24 fps video with the GoPro 5 as a video I watched suggested it would be better than 60 fps. I found too much motion blur. Here is my render setting and clip.

Uploading to Youtube to demonstrate the is is fine, but unless you provide a direct link (not Youtube) to the file so that others can actually test, there really isn't much anyone can do outside of what has already been suggested.

Upload that specific short clip to the cloud. If you have Gmail, you have Google drive. There are other cloud hosting services.

I can't share as there are people I know in the video. This is what I like:

You do not have to share any people. Record some video and then provide it. This would be probably the fastest way to come to some sort of conclusion with your issue.

You have a video with the camera used as a dashcam. Do it again. It can be 20seconds long.

@Reyfox You have proven once again that uploading to Youtube is like staying in Hotel California; "You can check out any time you want, but you can never leave."

I chose to crop into the 2704x1520 GoPro media and deliver at 2560x1440 to avoid rescaling in Vegas since Youtube doesn't offer 2704x1520 to me, at least.
