No quite sure what you are trying to do. Are you wanting to get rid of the surround of the phone so just the phone is visible. ?. If so the background is not suitable to Chromakey it out as there are to many different shades. More info required

One possible cause is that mobile phone video is usually recorded in Variable Frame Rate (VFR) rather than Constant Frame Rate (CFR). There are many, many reports on the forum over the years that Vegas Pro does not work well with VFR video (do a forum search re Variable Frame Rate), the recommendation usually being to convert VFR to CFR via a transcode utility such as the free HandBrake.
