Guys, I seriously need your help

Hope you all are well.
I have Vegas Pro 19, and suddenly, this started happening. I work with football highlights, and everything usually works correctly. However, some tracks of my projects ( not all, but plenty) appear black. This is strange, nothing is muted and some tracks work and others don't, regardless of being the same type of file. Please help me out, this is making me desperate as I can't get any work done

@vitor-m Earlier today, I inadvertently enabled the Trimmer instead of the Preview (which shares the same panel in my layout).

Does that include settings in the track headers?

Make sure that the tracks haven't been muted in the track headers or that the video level sliders in the track headers haven't been set to 0%:
