HELP! Light Blue Colour Issue - on my template/logo intro

HELP! plz I'm editing a template with a logo but I'm getting this light blue colour appearing and moving around on my logo/intro. The letters should just be white. The logo is a png. :(

Depending on which version of Vegas you're using, update to VP14 build 201, VP13 build 453, VP12 build 770.

Then try disabling GPU acceleration. See #4 in this post.

Is there any transparency in the png? Could the blue be coming through from a track below it?
