Help to Uninstall Vegas Pro 18

Hi! Could anyone help me uninstall Vegas Pro 18, because it won't work, when I go to the control panel and uninstall there, it says "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." I had already deleted all Vegas related stuff off of my file explorer, but it still won't work, and I re-registered all my dll's and nothing is working, can someone please help me!
