(Win 8.1 64bit) I bought Vegas pro 15 a few months ago and everything worked fine until one-day vegas pro15 started saying that I have "no license to use it" This is crazy!!! I put a support ticket in a few weeks ago and waited for SEVERAL DAYS๐ย for an anwser...when they finally got back to me, I followed the instructions and it went away for 1 day and it started all over again! Now I put another ticket in and have been waiting for 7 days so far. I have paying clients who need their projects finished....ย This makes me look totally unprofessional. I chose vegas pro over Adobe Premiere because I have been a Magix product user for many years! The tech support stinks๐ ๐ ! How do I get a refund?
