How do get a refund of vegas pro 15 it keeps saying "no licence"

(Win 8.1 64bit) I bought Vegas pro 15 a few months ago and everything worked fine until one-day vegas pro15 started saying that I have "no license to use it" This is crazy!!! I put a support ticket in a few weeks ago and waited for SEVERAL DAYS๐Ÿ˜“ย for an anwser...when they finally got back to me, I followed the instructions and it went away for 1 day and it started all over again! Now I put another ticket in and have been waiting for 7 days so far. I have paying clients who need their projects finished....ย This makes me look totally unprofessional. I chose vegas pro over Adobe Premiere because I have been a Magix product user for many years! The tech support stinks๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ! How do I get a refund?

I'm sorry that your are experiencing this. I saw your ticket and your youtube video.

If you want to get a refund, I won't try to convice you not to. I just want to say, we are really sorry that we disappointed you! ๐Ÿ™ You can either call us or create another ticket in the service center for the refund. You can find the contact information here.

If you are willing to give us another chance, I will get in contact with the support and see what we can do. What do you think?
