@Grazie OK, I just did the same, the PressReleaseProject as Magix AVC NVENC render = 00:17 and as Magix AVC QVC = 00:15. Strange that's a huge difference between mine QSV render and yours (No typing error of you?)
Also whatever I do, a QSV render is always quicker than a NVENC render.
Do you have Voukoder installed? The same render with Voukoder = 0:24 results in a 3 time smaller file than with Magix AVC, Voukoder when I visually compare, has also a little better quality.
What drivers do you have installed for IGPU? Have found the driver supplied with MB much better than latest as found by VP. If you make changes note driver number currently installed. With the right driver I to find QSV faster AVC NVENC. In many cases drivers found via VP>Help>Driver updates resulted in Preferences>Video>GPU Accl showing Intel driver unsupported. NVENC 36s QSV 33s. With unsupported driver QSV runs out to around 60s.
OK, I was reading that Nvidia have made an ongoing Balance between Studio<>Games Driver. I'm not seeing much love between the two drivers - they have the same number but have different sizes:
It recognises/shows the RTX3080 but just a DASH in empty fields.
That one has nothing to do with QSV rendering. For real QSV rendering you need an Intel GPU. Mostly that is a part of the Intel CPU, but AFAICS your Intel has not such a GPU.
Maybe 10900x does not include integral graphics or graphics not enabled in Bios. If QSV not available should not VP recognise this and not offer it as a choice?
Edit: i9 10900X does not have integrated graphics. Source Google. Still however a powerful pc
No idea but I think it is only a name and it does nothing. Maybe one of the developpers can give here some help. When I switch-off my Intel 630 GPU I see this with Magix AVC and Magix HEVC
while I don't see anything happening with that GPU only CPU while it is with Intel GPU on only 60-70 % CPU and 90 % Intel GPU
Perform a render that should invoke the GPU. Open up TaskManager > performance as per JV above. Look for GPU at bottom of list. It looks as though the render options may not be telling the full story. Wishful thinking springs to mind on VP's part by way of true render options.
