How to add a timer over video

I want to count from 16:45 to 20:50 as the time on the timelapse goes, the timecode text does not work
any way to make it?

In the thread that John Dennis linked to, go to the 2nd last post.
John Meyer's link is to a Dropbox location, not VASST.
Do a "right-click, save as" and start experimenting with it.
