How to fill the screen with skew effect?

As you can see the video below, the clip is full on the screen with skew effect. I know how to skew the clip with picture in picture and mesh warp. But, I have no clue how to fill it out.

Also with the Vegas deform FX you can quickly achieve a skew effect, not direct necessary to go 3D.

You would probably improve your understanding of Vegas Pro significantly if you would struggle to do that using Pan/Crop and Track Motion/3D Source Alpha at least once in your life.
