How to Insert Clip between a Clip?

How do I Insert a Clip in a Clip?
it should do with one or two clicks: split, push the end part of the clip, insert the New Clip. ("A" keyboard shortcut is overwriting, and I need also the push.
I know how to that in Premiere. I made a video to explain what I talk about. My example of what I'm looking for starts at 25 seconds.

You can't do it as simply as just holding down a key while dragging in a new clip, but it's still pretty quick:

Make sure snapping is enabled. In VP15 the button is a picture of a magnet.
Click the target clip on the timeline to select it.
Press S on the keyboard to split that clip.
Drag the 2nd clip onto the target clip and "snap" it onto the split.
If Auto Ripple is enabled, the 2nd part of the target clip will move to the right.
If Auto Ripple is not enabled, you can press CTRL + F for a post-edit ripple.

Note the different Auto Ripple modes under the little dropdown menu next to the button.

How do I change the order of the clips that they would not overwrite? Drag one clip before another and the first clip moves to be the second one?

Drag the first clip with the right mouse button, drop it on top of the second clip, choose "Shuffle Events".

I'm not sure what you mean by "A (insert)". A feature I have missed maybe?
