how to make a picture slide zoom in and out

I cannot figure how to make a slideshow on Vegas 19 with many pictures to a song I like.

I can't figure out how to be able to make each picture zoom in and out on each picture from the beginning to the end.

I want to be able to have the picture move the way I want it to in each picture I use for my music video and slide show.
