How to render this file

A client came into our shop with a Sony Cyber-shot DSCHX400 Digital C camera which he had purchased "open-box" and had no idea how to use. He had operated it once, to tape a memorial service. My computer does not recognize the camera when connected. I removed the memory card and used Content Management software to download the hour and forty minutes of clips.

No problem importing the clips to Vegas Pro (vers. 13, Windows 7) and making minor adjustments using "Levels." The problem is in attempting to render to MP2 in order to burn DVDs. No matter what render format I choose, Vegas crashes immediately..

Media info leaves me baffled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to render from this file without incident on two systems from Vegas Pro 13-453. Both systems are running Windows 10 from in-place upgrades. I have a last and final Windows 7 Pro image for both hardware systems, but except for diagnostic purposes, I'm reluctant to re-load them.
