I want to have a "Overlay" Composition mode on a Text that is put in the very bottom corner of my video
the matter here is that when a composition is put on a track, it will affect all the underneath Tracks
In this example, i put my "@Spectrum" in Overlay mode but the problem is that i get it set on all the tracks beneath !
i want it only in the track that is chosen to be set

Here i have text top line then two images below, no effects & all are Default Source Alpha, so no affect to any
This is with the text set to Overlay, it affects all tracks below
but if i make the second track a Child of the text track, the 'Overlay' only affects the text & that one track below
Gid is right. Vegas's parent-child track allows you to do this without nesting. In Premiere and other NLEs, you have to create nesting to do this.
That is also solution for adjustment track not affecting all tracks.
