So I bought the Vegas 12 upgrade earlier this year.
Didn't need Titler 3D Pro add on until I went to rework an old job.
Got the old 'Failed to Run Plugin" message.
It was a straight forward title scroll, so I re-did it without the product, but it turned a 20 minute favour into a 4 hour hair tearing. Heck you've all been there.
So I hit the forums, found there's some Licensing changes. But just need some clarity about what I am entitled to and what will work with which product.
Found my order and tried a reply to: confirm@sonycreativesoftware.com
but no response.
Went to the site http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com
Hit the support menu and got this run around:

So around I go again (fourth time in a month I've tried to get this order straightened up).
I've tried emailing: sales@sonycreativesoftware.com but that's just me making up plausible contact addresses.
So I've hit linked in and google and I've found that these folks are pretty senior:
John Kirby AM (Chairman)
Denis Handlin AM (Director)
Michael Ephraim (Director Sony Computer Entertainment)
Hidekazu (Kaz) Matsuura (Director Sony Australia and New Zealand)
I figure that if sonycreativesoftware can't get it together with a working contact page, that we just start at the top of the organisation and keep going until there is some attention to detail at front desk.
