Hub Explorer Empty

I use Vegas Pro 20 and I'm having problems with the (Hub Explorer) connection with the Smartphone APP.

After installing Vegas Pro 20, (Hub Explorer) works, folders and files appear, but after 3/4 days (Hub Explorer) is getting empty.

- I already uninstalled and installed
- I already cleared the "regedit" data
- I've already tried using a FULL Administrator account
- I am using genuine Windows 11

I don't know what to do anymore :(

I'm having the same issue. The Hub Explorer window stays empty no matter what I do. Although you can still find your downloads in your Documents folder, it kind of defeats the point of having everything ready to go from within the VEGAS working space.

The problem is still active and I have not received any help from Magix support.

Hello. No image or sound appears in my hub explorer, and the option to turn audio into text and text into audio doesn't work either. What should I do. My subscription is Vegas Post 365. Thanks.

I don't have a subscription, but just starting VP20, I get this popup from Windows Defender...
