I just bought vegas 15 edit and my computer crashes every minute

Hello ! I just bought the license for vegas 15 edit and my computer crashes every 5 minutes when I go up, with all types of files (mp4, mov, etc) I do not understand why, the computer is really new and powerful, I can not work.... would you have an idea of the problem? thank you in advance !!
