Impossible de télécharger Vegas Pro 22

Bonjour,

je vous contacte en urgence car je rencontre un très gros problème avec Vegas, j'ai eu hier une erreur lors du lancement du logiciel qui refusait de s'ouvrir avec un code d'erreur : -59 cela nécessitait de re-télécharger vegas ce que j'ai essayé de faire mais après avoir tout essayé pour le télécharger a nouveau le lanceur se bloque toujours au même endroit me disant que la source d'installation pour ce produit n'est pas disponible. Vérifiez que la source existe et que vous y avez accès. (1612)

impossible de le trouver en ayant fait le cheminement plusieurs fois ce dossier n'apparaît nulle part et cela m'empêche complètement de télécharger le logiciel et impossible de lui demander de s'installer sur un autre disque il n'y a rien à faire.

j'ai besoin d'une solution car je viens de dépenser 200euros dans un logiciel que je ne peux pas utiliser et franchement je suis dégouté en plus mon windows 10 est fraîchement réinstallé pour l'occasion et être sûr que le PC soit bien sain. mon SSD a 1000 fois la place d'installer le logiciel, mon PC fonctionne parfaitement ( RTX 3080 EVGA / I5 12600KF / 32Go RAM 3600Mhz DDR4 / Z690 Gigabyte U4 ) s'il vous plait aidez moi a trouver rapidement une solution j'ai vraiment besoin d'utiliser Vegas rapidement !

impossible to find it having done the path several times this folder does not appear anywhere and this completely prevents me from downloading the software and impossible to ask it to install on another disk there is nothing to do.

In order to  eliminate one or more of the issues mentioned above, please apply the following steps.
Please uninstall the software using the Control Panel:

Find your program and proceed with the uninstallation process.

Please delete the remaining program folders under the following paths:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\[Software_Name]
C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\[Software_Name]

Should you not be able to see the "AppData" folder, you will have to change the respective setting.
To do so, go to "Folder options" in the Control Panel and activate the option "Show hidden files, folders and drives" under "View"/ "Hidden files and folders".

Then reinstall the program using the download version.
You can find the installer in your Service Center account at www.magix.com.

Start the program after successful installation.
If the activation dialog does not appear at the first program start, select Help > Register Online.
