My advise? Start over.

Uninstall VP.

Reboot PC.

Redownload.

Reinstall.

So I just bought Vegas Movie Studio 13 on Black Friday and I am getting this same exact error. I have tried using the disc that came with it and also the download and am having this same error.

 

Error Code: FINISH TXT ERROR: -2147163964 occured during installation

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register.  HRESULT -2147010895.  Contact your support personnel.
