Is NewBlue Titler Pro 7 worth it?

@sonicvision I've had TP for many years (since TP4 I think) and after upgrading to TP7 I soon became very disillusioned with it. I had many discussions with NB about its failings but to no avail. I obtained TS a few years back and realised its potential, despite what appeared to be a very steep learning curve. I stuck to it and now, although I still have TP7 installed, I wouldn't go back to it. If you're interested, I produced 22 tutorials on TS, starting from the very basics (I literally created them while I was learning). They can all be viewed on my YouTube channel Veteran Video Editor in a separate playlist.
Apart from the many irritating quirks of TP7, it you can't get elements to interact with each other in a true 3D environment. With TS, individual elements can be made to pass through each other, for example. My tutorial introduction in my latest tutorials give an example of this. I hope you stick with TS because, when you get used to it, I don't think you'll go back to TP.

Thanks, @Jack S , I will take a look at your TS vids. I have wanted to dig deeper into TS but the quickness of TP always won out but I agree it does appear to be the far more powerful/deeper titler. I just wish it had access to transitions. I assume many could be manually created to mimic TP but it's the time and work involved, but could be worth the effort.

Please note, Titler Pro is being updated to resolve many of the issues people have been having with later versions of Titler Pro in later versions of VEGAS. I'm checking to see what I can get in regards to a newer installer that can be shared here.

I have both Titler Pro and Title Studio (BorisFX). I personally preferred working with TP, but with updating AMD GPU drivers, TP7 fails to load the Libraries. I've mentioned this to NBFX Support. This has been an ongoing issue for me with no resolution except to go back to a much earlier GPU driver.

But everything else in TotalFX360 works as it should.

Spend time yesterday doing uninstalls / reinstalls and I believe the issue was Titler Pro not liking later version of plugins than what came in it's TFX5 bundle being installed (I had installed after seeing the NBFX app mgr showing a items I could "Install" which I did and I think it was those that broke Titler Pro. I removed everything except TFX5 (that has TP in it) and now it seems to be, finally, be all good again.
