Is the Vegas Pro Suite 16 upgrade valid for V15 Pro owners?

Like the title says, can I upgrade from Vegas Pro (only) 15 to Vegas Suite 16? (At promotion special price)

I'm 99% certain the answer is yes. If you can get as far as payment then you should be good.
