And for them to be equal in height. After concentrating on one Track, and making its Track height LARGE or others smaller, is there a simple KB SC to bring them all into view?
CTRL+Shift+up/down keys will makes all tracks equal in height. Continue clicking the up/down key with CTRL-Shift will incrementally increase/decrease the height of all tracks.
Also, the 'wiggle' key just to the L of the '1' key will reduce all tracks to the absolute minimum height.
I always used the 'Tilde' key. ID'd as the key with the squiggly or twiddle, the tilde is a character ( `) and ( ~ ) on keyboards below the Esc (escape key). It is on the same key as the back quote and resembles a squiggly line.
@DMT3 - First thing I looked for, it won’t appear in the Keyboard Shortcuts. And I used a fresh Project too. It is this one ~ yes? What’s your description in the Command? I’ll do a search for that. Silly….
Hey Guys! Talk about wandering aimlessly around the Buildings . . .
Not the Tilde. Not the backward accent. No. Turns out that what I needed was the plain and simple Apostrophe, as in: "It's not correct" or "It's something completely different".
I've now got all the control I need to go ahead and map my Logi Mouse or CSP.
@Grazie thank you for bringing this subject up. While I always in the past have worked with the "default" track size, I've now learned how to shrink, restore, up or downscale the tracks.
It really depends on the software, but most editors have a shortcut like "reset track height" or "fit all to view" in the settings. I sometimes check my typing and keyboard speed here: Click Here
