Is there a way to render in quarter quality?

So I see the only options are draft, preview, good or best, but I need to render in quarter best or quarter good because sony vegas changes the effects when you preview them in different qualities, and I only like the effect in quarter quality. Can I do this?

quarter stands for quarter resolution, just render with a template which has a quarter of the resolution of the project or change a template to fullfil your needs.

just sort of

in the codec settings on project just choose the quality of the render itself

and simulate that thing with the desired resolution.
